Shipping & Refund Policy


Shipping Policy:

  • We deliver to all governorates within Egypt.

  • Delivery Time: Standard orders take between 3 to 7 business days. Custom-made or large furniture pieces may take longer; we will notify you of the estimated timeframe upon order confirmation.

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the items.

Refund Policy:

  • There is no refund. Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our artistic products and professional-grade materials, all sales are final.

Exchange Policy:

  • We only offer exchanges in the event that an item arrives defective or damaged during transit.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us at info@elgaiarstudio.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged item.

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the production or shipping process begins, and the order cannot be cancelled.
